Management can run about +/-20% for short term rentals in the area, but they will take care of everything for you, so it may be worth it as opposed to trying to manage it from afar.I currently have a unit on the market that is in the Miramar Beach area.

I don’t regret anything I post and I already did my research as I’ve seen several threads on the forum where you just reply constantly to yourself because no one cares to join any conversation with you.

The last two charts indicate the purchase price ($160k) that makes the most since, but again it looks like there are some expenses missing so I would be careful with this deal.
