I would consider Newport as well, but prices are a little better in Lincoln City.I own properties in Gold Beach and Brookings, but I live too far away from them to make them self managed vacation rentals.

Take your time and start reading the blog posts and listening to the pod casts - they are gold mines.

I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

Even got a call from an agent in the south end of the state who had discovered this gold mine and was keeping it to himself when the TV interview was rebroadcast down there and wanted me to chew out my agent for him for causing all this new competition for him.The purpose of this post is a teaser, those of you doing this are missing a lot of opportunities because of the basic program you are following.
