I wrote my state legislators about it late last week but unfortunately mine are co-sponsoring the bill so I don't think they will change their minds. 

Multi tenants are almost never responsible for the water bill and, depending on the neighborhood and the HVAC systems in the building, the owner may be on the hook for paying to heat the building as well (Is is one central system like a boiler, or separate like forced air or electric heat?

Trying to gauge peoples thoughts on the impact of a Corona bill that includes a moratorium on evictions for 6 months along with the suspension of mortgage payments during this time.  

How will the stimulus bill affect real estate professionals? 

I did manage to save $900 a month over my previous 9% loan, but these requirements were ridiculous since I had been paying all my bills fine until then without these drastic measures and red tape.

The hilarious thing is they expect me to refund the deposit so they can pay other bills they have accumulated.

The cash flow from my properties allow me to pay all of my bills so I’ve been maxing out my 403b/457 plan at work 38,000 for the past two years.

Also, if anybody can provide any bills that were enacted in Texas over the last couple years that also helps this argument, that would be appreciated. 

It's tough to know exactly how at this point, time will tell, but when thousands of businesses close down and millions of people can't pay bills it will absolutely effect real estate. 

Onto my main point now, my water bill and sewage bill is a constant rate that changes every 6 months.
