Others do it on site and you have to be careful of the way they dispose of their waste, especially liquid toxic waste.Some time back, I read of a lawsuit here in NY where the landlord and his dry cleaning tenant was sued over flushing hazardous materials done the drain, and then a sewer blockage caused contamination in the neighborhood when there was wastewater backup.

Yesterday we saw a four bedroom  comp 60 square feet larger on the same street sold at $191,000, so told her to raise our three bedroom house back up to $180,000 and put the EMD at $3,000 to weed-out those who are broke.

You can small claims court him, have a lawyer scare him and maybe get something but in the end if he's broke theres not much you can do so chalk it up as a learning experience.Sarasota will make you go through some headaches to get back up and running but in my experience they want clean, renovated buildings so will work with you.

The worse thing you can do is not go through the eviction process, clean the unit, re-rent it, then sometime between now and before her lease agreement is up she shows back up.
