The Homestyle loan is basically the investors version of the 203k which means that the bank will loan you the purchase price plus rehab cost based on their appraised ARV (upto 95% of ARV).

They also made a version which has two switches .... one to control the fan with the integrated timer and humidistat and a second for the lights.This spring, they launched new versions of these two switches which now allow you to set the timer duration and the relative humidity at which the fan would be activated.The DewStop switch is the most convenient to retrofit to an existing bathroom or laundry room.
