I’m in the industry and feel that cost is aggressive but achievable with heavy involvement on my end.

Ideally, I'd like to address personal, spiritual, business (I'm a real estate agent) goals and then break them down into achievable smaller goals.

It is heavily a matter of having a vision and believing on the end results you want to achieve.

Start with what it is you want to achieve, what are you good at, and what do you bring to the table.  

I am happy I found this forum and meeting great people such as yourself that are willing to help the next person achieve their goals.

It depends on your end goals and how it helps you achieve them.

Going with a warm white or a white that has some creaminess to it, is the way to go to achieve an eye pleasing white/ black contrast. 

Then to expedite your learning curve, find someone who is achieving the results you are looking for in real estate and copy what they do.Good luck!
