I am also a partner in the Madison Real Estate Investors Association, so I get to meet and work with a lot of other investors, REALTORs (my sweetie is one) and vendors.I also do some creative tech work - develop websites and do the creative emails and content for a few clients.

All the terms are negotiated with your friend (and some family members are legal people to deal with).There are a number of sdira companies that have lots of info on their websites.

I am running into that same issue but did find the user guide for the data file on the states website which breaks down the definition of each code found in the columns themselves.

Is there a public website or tool to find accurate rental comps on a property you are analyzing?

Did you learn about this on the job, networking, or by reading materials just as a county government website?

We're trying to do this right, so we are creating a landing website and plan for direct mail to be one of many lead generators.   

I'm new to mortgage industry and I just wanted to see if anyone had a few pointers on marketing your loan programs on other blogs/websites, suggestions on how to approach brokers to keep them engaged right away, and how to assure them that being new to the industry doesn't mean you aren't reliable.
