I had never used this company before, so I went to the original company that priced $8750.09 and asked them to price match.

This will hold true in any lower cost inventory neighborhood, not a Philadelphia specific problem but resist the temptation particularly if you are not a local hands own operator.

What this CEO was referring to is the government’s support of housing through the GSEs, which provide very good loan terms for multifamily owners, and his statement was that this is a good source of takeout financing for their borrowers.
