In MA you can challenge the foreclosure in the eviction case which slows things down.

Slow down and everything will come in time.  

Economical data both globally and nationally have been slowing since last summer.

@Tim Ivory ....dude.... you are ALL over the place on this.E-Filing and then sending in an additional form is almost never a thing and you have GOT to slow down on this whole process. 

The bank I'm using to finance the deal has kind of slow-rolled me on the loan and the loan officer oversold what he was capable of obtaining from the executive review committee. 

They are very slow to bill me though,  it took over a year with one tenant.  

As a result, you want to cancel your listing contract with him and you want his firm to release and withdraw the listing unconditionally (that term allows you to hire a new realtor/firm now). 

The renters are good and pay on time (automatic withdrawals through Cozy).

I *think* that due to the slow pay-down of the 30 year amortization the unpaid portion would get 'stepped up basis' (no tax) in the future at the time of your parents  passing.

So they were delayed because they were working on a generator, and everything slowed down.During the time power was shut off they left the front window completely open and someone broke in and stole their generator.
