I'm not at liberty to disclose specifics, but I am able to say that it is very generous, compared to most of the splits I've seen proposed for many local or 'boutique' brokerages I've spoken with. 

I am unsure of conversion rate and the percentage of cabins versus primary residence homes in the area but I can say I believe the vast majority of them are proposed rental cabins.

Develop a formal business plan in which you can bring to a local lender to propose what you are trying to do.

@Lissette Deleon I have run and helped run the social media marketing campaigns for a few agents and have put together proposals for many others.

Randy I like that Idea and proposed that to my tenant.

and say if I do got to add or knock down a wall how would I get proposed floor plans  from a contractor?
