Thought i'd try again the other day and when I was going through and cleaning up the list I noticed a familiar property.

I also have smokers (non-smoking building) and one with a dog (service dog for a bad knee) that is not cleaning up after it.

forget insurance, cleaning, turnover, advertising, lawn care, snow removal, rental license fees, occupancy fees, inspection fees, closing costs, you left knee cap!

I have researched lending limits and have worked really hard to get us squeaky clean credit and make us attractive borrowers. 

This will give you idea if they are packing up, and if you need to look at the issue of possible eviction on April 1st.O,You could also let them know you'd be doing a early move out inspection , a pre inspection giving them a check sheet of things need to be cleaned before they leave. 

Your just not familiar so it seems strange or unique or disgusting to you but you now you know .. its routine and to be expected if you want personal banking relationships and not do business with a computer..

Hi all,My business partner and I are looking to acquire a property where the seller filed a BK and now the title company can no issue a clean title...I'm looking to buy and flip the property.

I don't engaged in any activity with my tenants that extends into their private lives other than provide for them a safe, clean affordable place to live. 

Plenty of wealthy people go bankrupt.I have had many applicants with high paying jobs, clean records and terrible credit histories.

How will I know if it is a clean title in order to close?
