I live In Orange County, Ca and I’m thinking about looking into markets outside of CA but wanted to know if there was anyone who’s in California who’s going through similar market struggles.

It varies by county but will be with the county assessor not the state.

-Mortgage-Hoa-Taxes(fed/county) n/a city taxes-Utilities(covered by tenants)-Insurance; what types are necessary to calculate into monthly payment totalAny and all input would be gladly appreciated!

I know of the meeting coming up Wednesday night down in South Orange County. 

So, I have been around Real Estate sitting on the side lines waiting with all kinds of excuses.So, I recently purchased my first property at the Sheriff sale held in Mercer County.

Each county is different, but I have paid $95 for each adult occupant on the lease, while not having any rent coming in while the courts arrange for a date 2-3 weeks out ( in my county).

We are in Los Angeles county. 

If looking for a short-term (under 5 years) return that far out-paces the rest of the county, I don't know how likely that will be, but I'm still optimistic.My 2 cents. 

Coverage will vary by local, city, county, state governments, but some examples might include requiring sprinklers, upgrade electrical wiring (older homes can have aluminum wiring which isn't used often anymore at least in CA), electrical panel upgrades, insulation / energy value requirements, different fire place construction

Newbie here, Been making some research, but can’t find any type of list that has locations/time of courthouse auctions in LA county.
