I’m n need of a mentor

Just started my Wholesaling journey a few days ago and as much as I hate to admit it, I can’t do it alone and I don’t know as much on wholesaling as I thought. I live In Orange County, Ca and I’m thinking about looking into markets outside of CA but wanted to know if there was anyone who’s in California who’s going through similar market struggles.
