The original offer was 300k but then we asked for 25k off since there are other multiple things needs to be address like old furnace and stuff like that, but we asked that they take care of the hazardous flags.

Factor in about 10% of the sale price to go towards closing costs (transfer taxes, commissions, attorney fee, etc) and miscellaneous expenses and you're at $625K so far - this is NOT including demolition costs, holding costs (taxes, utilities, insurance, management, etc), architectural drawings, surveys, building department filing fees, etc.That said, you may also want to consider the costs and potential benefits of adding sq ft. to the existing home and/or updating the home to potentially boost your sale price.All the best!

I have spent around $500 this week, and I do understand sometimes like this things do happen, but if this does continue and something seems off, do you recommend I tell the property management to conduct another inspection or to change the lease terms where the tenant pays for any small maintenance fees.
