What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I posted a while back asking if it was worth it or not and after BP community responses, research and friends that live in the surrounding area we finally did it.

We are both physicians and relatively intelligent humanoids, but without knowing what you don't know, it seems a difficult task. 

This is where having an investor friendly agent is going to be key.

If you have any experience with this, please let me know how much your investor insurance is for Florida on a vacant house.  

Am I in the ballpark that if I purchase this for $110K today, that it would yield about a 20% IRR?
