I would respond that our Patriot - Founding Fathers were compelled to a revolutionary war because their overseers imposed too many laws that impaired their ability to realize their desired liberty and pursuit of happiness.

I read almost all the Rich Dad's Advisor books, and earned my real estate license.  

I am not against getting the best mic like a seinheiser.What I desire basically is to set up the proper lighting, backdrop, and sound quality so that I can record everyday to answer a 3 minute video roughly.

If you are lucky enough to make it into this "exclusive club", expect to be earning $30,000 a month in penalties until you are able to get enough violations removed to come off the list.

On well and septic ( but here we actually had a possibility to tie onto city sewer making it much more desirable potentially).  

Otherwise, I am not a fan of forced savings - it takes money away from the ability to invest in real estate.But in general, I do agree that "a penny saved is a penny earned."

A SFH may appreciate much higher because an owner occupant may be willing to pay a much higher price based on the desire to live in that house in that area down the road and with a Multi Family your increased property value is capped by the standard rtn that type of asset may be getting at that time in that area.  

Take more time to evaluate what you will put into the property and what you will earn.
