Westland is okay, Garden City, Canton,Ann Arbor.  

I removed the ceiling fans from my properties in NJ and replaced them with nice, simple Home Depot light fixtures.

On the plus side it’s located a few minutes outside a major city and the other people tend to keep up their houses and it is quiet, it backs to green space with a large garden across the street and other parks nearby.

You plug the drain at the basement, go up to the rooftop and fill the vent pipe with a garden hose until every part of the system fills up and water overflows the vent pipe at the roof.

If you didn't want it to get this fussy and pricey, you should have just bought off-the-shelf Home Depot windows, right?

I do not recommend you use generic Office Depot forms.

@Philip MullinaxThe Myrtle Beach vacation market is more like 5 or 6 total towns from Little River all the way down to Garden City Beach.

(During the interview process, I found out that the prospective tenant grew up helping her parent maintain a community garden).
