Eichler Doors & Windows

Hi

I am looking to replace all the slider doors and windows in my eichler home with double panes. There are about 20 of them in total. I got multiple quotes but wanted to double check with more experienced homeowners / investors. The total cost is around $50k and the labor cost alone is $17k. I asked about how much time the installation is going to take and I was told that it would be 2 days of labor.

The material costs seem reasonable but labor seems way too excessive. Should I explore more options? Would people recommend buying the doors and windows from one vendor and choosing an independent installer?

Really appreciate all the help.
