There are drill bits where you can cut a hole in the wall, and actually drill through the wall cavity, above or below, and use the same drill bit to pull the wire back through.https://www.homedepot.com/p/Klein-Tools-3-Piece-Flexible-Drill-Bit-Kit-53721/203913339Something else to consider, the location where the cable enters the home could also be altered so that it enters through the wall into the bedroom, buried underground around the home, even against the foundation.

This is could be a marketing opportunity for multfamily investors to highlight their hygiene and safety considerations maybe by adding sanitizer, sanitzing wipes and other measures to common areas as hygiene amenities... just a thought.

Hi there - great thread :-).Here are my top books:Mindset by Carol Dweck - teaches to foster a growth mindset and that the pursuit itself of a skill or goal versus the end result and the embrace of failure on the journey is far more beneficial than to never try at all.The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson - the importance of small daily actions will lead to big results overtime.

I will tell you though that one of the banks biggest fears is going under deposit and it not closing, so if they think one offer may have a high likelihood of falling apart, they might be able to justify that it's better to take the definite cash deal now (if the numbers are close).If you want this edge, be sure to make an all around SOLID Offer:- 10% Deposit- Proof of Funds- No Mortgage Contingency- No Inspections- Close before the end of the month.If the offers are very close, with these terms you might have a chance .. but if your $5-10k+ less than the 203k Rehab Loan, they will probably take the rehab loan.Also keep in mind that in most cases the banks do not care if you have inspections, or a mortgage contingency.
