Where the cabinets remaining stock/clearance?

Full gut with new Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Windows, Floors, Drywall, Appliances/Cabinets and trim your looking ball park of $100K.  

I am thinking of adding a kitchen bar/cabinets, sink, microwave, and fridge to this small bedroom and using it as a mini-kitchen.

I mean change orders, like more kitchen cabinets than were drawn on the plans.

We know nothing of your neighborhood... is it an A class neighborhood where formica cabinets would be a faux-pas, or is it a C class neighborhood where "who the heck cares what the cabinets are made of... if it has 2 bedrooms and a working AC you are good to go!"

It can be a home office, but they require a lock on the door, password on computer, paper shredder, and locking file cabinet.

You can do that in any of the major accounting software platforms.....Seems like a lot of unnecessary work to have a separate account for each property....... you are using the bank accounts like files sitting in a cabinet......I can see an account to keep security deposits separate....and maybe one for your cash reserves.....but one for each property seems dumb to me....it is 2018 now....... but whatever works for you......

That being said, the carpet, kitchen cabinets, etc. will need removed.Does anyone have a good recommendation?
