Hello, I am helping a home owner execute a short sale.

There are a lot of options (no pun intended...but I couldn't resist) when you have an option.You can sell it, execute it....I guess you can assign it...you can wholesale it.....when you have a legitimate (SEE, I CAN SPELL...I spelled it wrong earlier) you have options for making money on the option....again...no pun intended..but dang that's funny.

And as Americans they will spend that extra money.

At first glance, I knew the option was unilateral but almost screwed up the exercised = executed/executory part.
