My question involves the monthly rent credit.Monthly rent = $575Rent credit = $150Total monthly payment = $725Agreed sales price = $62000Initial option = $1500When it comes time to execute the option, I know the credits can help lower the sales price, but can I used the credits as a downpayment for the buyer when they get their own loan?

There are a lot of options (no pun intended...but I couldn't resist) when you have an option.You can sell it, execute it....I guess you can assign it...you can wholesale it.....when you have a legitimate (SEE, I CAN SPELL...I spelled it wrong earlier) you have options for making money on the option....again...no pun intended..but dang that's funny.
