For absentee owners lists obtained from Listsource, there are properties that have different addresses that are right next door to the property owner mailing address.

@William Hochstedler I am not a Utah broker but I would bet that Utah law addresses the situation.

I am not sure there is really a good thread here in BP which address this question.

I still look at the income to rent ratio, how long they have had their job and if it is verifiable, and run credit to look at address history and for collections.
