On the surface it would appear that the apartment is more profitable, but apartments here generally include water and common area maintenance (i.e. lawn care) and have higher vacancy rates than SFH.

The properties closer to the border of Harper Woods seem decent but those on the interior of the neighborhood or bordering Mack appear to be a long way from economic viability.
