The SEC has warned ICO's that the party is over, and that they are going to start "enforcing" (i.e. putting people into jail) for these abuses.

The home came with a garage across the street, has its own tax bill, light bill and property.

People go nuts when you say "Alexa i'm home", then the curtains open, and lights CHANGE COLOR and come alive!

As a warning, I wouldn't plan on buying much from there, as those are hardly ever great deals.

Not to sway you in any direction, however, I typically recommend that the first deal be a light cosmetic rehab that will cash flow accordingly.
