I'm mainly into the home videos (Insanity, T25, etc.) but have done weights in the past as well as yoga, cross-fit, etc.  

I've devoted tons of time reading, watching videos, and talking with other investors.

Someone should create a video series teaching out of state investors how to evaluate and buy turnkey properties.
