I really like the idea of being able to dedicate all of my time to REI (searching, vetting, locating deals, and then managing the properties) but am hesitant to take the plunge.

THEN ALLOT OF TIME AND HARD HARD WORKLIKE ANY BUSINESS REAL ESTATE INVESTING REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE, INTELLIGENCE, IMAGINATION, DEDICATION, DEVOTION, FORTITUDE, PERSISTENCE, AND A LITTLE OR ALLOT OF LUCK  AS WELL AS ALLOT OF EFFORT AND YES SOONER OR LATER MONEY AND ENOUGH MONEY OTHERWISE YOU JUST ARE NOT GOING TO LAST. 

In fact you inspired me to hire a dedicated repair and maintenance manager.  

I have a squeeze page and a dedicated phone number to track leads. 

Most recently I've been cold calling and signing/stamping postcards, but for all of my future mailings I will be using @Michael Quarles service, Yellowletters.com, so I will have hours upon hours I can dedicate to generating more leads. 

There is a strong population of "ACTUAL" investors whom dedicate time and efforts to the wholesaling process.

This is a great example of how dedication and persistence can pay off in the Lon run.  

We don't have the time to dedicate to direct mail or auction hunting campaigns.

I am not dedicated to any exit strategy.
