I would like to know if there is a big need for my type of service and also if anyone has something small or simple to work on, if it's not a big expense from my pocket, I'd potentially be willing to help out just so I can get more feedback! 

Thanks for the info- I am happy to get up in front of the room and say where I would and would not live based on the crime- I am not a licensed Realtor, nor do I hold any type of RE license.  :-)  That being said, we can discuss the issue as desirable places to live instead.Either way I think having some Realtors hold a meeting in one of their offices, and having whoever wants to join (including other Realtors) would be beneficial to a lot of people here.
