STR in Albion / Mendocino
Hi, looking at cliffside houses just south of Mendocino CA and trying to do research on restrictions on STRs. I see the county has zone 2 and 3 regulations which I believe would cover the areas I’m looking at. Anyone familiar with not only if there are strong restrictions/caps/etc but also what the outlook is for further restrictions if any? It’s difficult figuring out exactly what I can expect in the Albion area. Thank you!
