I was recently at a Realtors' Association luncheon where realtors and affiliates network to share ideas, trends or in this case scams and one Title writer warned of this scam.

I want to learn about real estate trends in the area, house flipping, and how to make money managing my property.

By looking at market trends, some high level investors predict what the market will look like in five to ten years and make purchases on that basis. 

We look for states/MSA's where there is stable market appreciation, positive employment trends, decent population density and lower risk of climatic volatility (hurricanes, tornados, etc).

In the Orlando area the market has appreciated tremendously... around 10% last year and I believe the trend is heading that direction.

Foreclosure activities in the United States have continued to fall in the first quarter of 2017 to a level not seen since before the recession, and this trend has been happening for the last seventeen months.

How do you stay aware of trends in the Tampa market from LA; is there any news feed or anything you're subscribed to so you know whats happening in different neighborhoods? 

.- The housing inventory is ridiculously low - If you look at historical context, the prices are right around the average for affordability (based off of Debt to Income ratio)- While interest rates will most likely start going up more, they are still very low.So.... no current trends putting major downward prices on real estate.If you send me a message, I can send you over the documents with the data if you want to get into the details.

Current trends I see with cards are qr codes where people can scan your contact info or get to a website.

The report that identified these trends shows that 2017 will remain a strong year for the housing market.
