@Tommy Panebianco Nobody really talks about the hybrid option which is doing the peak season as a STR then leasing it for offseason to a traveling nurse, business client, people looking to relocate in the offseason.

These also lend to some opportunity for "mid-term" rentals (1-3 months) for traveling workers.

These sellers are quite motivated as they are looking to travel back to their home country.

People are still traveling and moving so there is a demand in our markets, just not as a high as pre-covid.
