Gordon,You need to find out if there are any Environmental issues (either actual or potential). 

I don't have any mentors to guide me, so even gaining that would be a huge step towards me becoming successful.Potential investors, those who's been through these issues, please advise me on what I can do to just start my property investing journey!!

@Jack Seiden the issue in TYLER, was that the surplus went to the state vs the homeowner.

Thats how long this property has had issues.

car might be tougher but trailers not as much issue.   

Hello everyone,I'm seeking assistance from a landlord and tenant attorney who has experience dealing with mold issues.

Put in what you like.....tubs are cheaper if that's an issue....

You will have labor/rent issues if the population is anything under 500,000. 

Also seems to be an issue that many of the people if not most are small contractors...so they're great with one job, but if they get 4 at the same time, it becomes unmanageable for them.DO NOT pay up front no matter what they tell you. 

The last thing I want to do is deal with a catastrophic issue while I’m galavanting across the globe or have to drop everything because I’ve decided I had enough.
