I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community and interested in networking with like minded individuals in the greater Houston area. 

OrNewly wed, trying to teach a couple that's been married for 20 years how they should treat each other.My point is you have to prove yourself to them that you know what your doing before you can get anyone else to join in the fun.

I have been investing for a couple of years now, and with all thanks to God, my business is growing, so I am looking to incorporate driven individuals into my business model to handle the increased workload.

I have no experience but me and my husband would gladly help with anything that ll teach us a thing or two in this business

They generally take good care of the home and I am able to find a new tenant with 1 week of vacancy or less.They will stay longer than the two individual roommate types, which are also okay.

These are credit stressed individuals that are still good people looking for a home..  

I am strongly considering starting my career as a mortgage consultant to learn applicable skills that will teach me about that part of the real estate investing industry while building relationships with many key players that will help with my business.

I think bigger pockets is awesome for connecting like-minded individuals.

We were going to try to sell the units or individually as town homes during construction and rent if they were not sold by completion.
