China has very strict regulations about foreigners sending the money outside of China, we are allowed to send only 500 dollars per a day, so for example if I want to send 4000 dollars from China to my bank of America I would have to go to the bank 8 times, in 8 different days and to pay the transfer fee 8 times.  

@Michaela G. yeah I've seen they aren't too strict about background checks for people that use the platform.

The town isn't strict about how they check for it (checking for # of cars in driveway).

Those must be pulled by someone licensed in Minneapolis, which is apparently more strict than being licensed by the state.

I am strictly interested in the MF units of at least 3+ units as they seem to hold the best potential for a positive NOI on a yearly basis.
