Additionally you can have grandfathered items on old buildings that once they break even if they could be repaired the code says they have to be replaced and brought up to new standards.I know some investors that invest in student rentals.

It’s moving walls, knowing codes, and building a cohesive plan for a renovation or construction project.

Or if you just mean you don't want to go the conventional route anymore because of how slow and strict they are there are lenders out there that only work with real estate investors.
