I am in the process of setting up a voicemail system where it has the standard greeting and then will say: if you are looking to sell your home press 1 if you are an investor looking to purchase property press 2 etc Do you think I should have one phone number for sellers to call and hear an automated message and then another number for investors to call?

I tried his son again and said to have him leave the card and keys at the house or I was going to the police..nothing.. so I go to the police and I have a report filed but little I can do because I gave him my card..Wow At least I am not in tears today but I go from being livid with my stupidity and darned if I do not want to hunt him down I have no funds to finish the kitchen..

We are electrical contractors so there is little difference, but there are some areas I can give examples:Homeowners want a Square D QO panel which is rated the absolute best for safety (and has been for years), rentals want Homeline or low end equivalent.Fixtures can make a huge differece - $4.97 Home Depot special for rentals, selection process for Homeowners (HOs) to pick the perfect fixture as per their individual tastes.HOs may want Decora style switches or receptacles (sometimes in screwless plates or specialty colors), REIs want economical, standard in white or tan (stock).REIs often have very little hand-holding.

I agree with Minna, slate is more contemporary but also is a little bit more unique than just the standard tan.
