I am not 100% sure what will qualify you with an FHA loan - maybe someone else can chime in for that.

I just wanted to try to save someone/anyone/everyone thinking of using LegalZoom for the formation of an LLC or any service you may be considering.

The only reason this attorney in question was hired is because they are a friend of someone in the building, so everyone just accepts what they tell as the absolute true fact!

You don't need a license, but like any other business, you would work with someone who is experienced.

In terms of cameras i just use ring and then yes you need to have an internet connection with wifi provider doesn't matter just get enough speed.
