Jermaine here, we had only one inspection in six years, all we did was post notice on everyone door of date and time of entry two days before then using our master key did our inspection

List- $135     -950 names in one county, last sale date 10 years ago, value 56k or less.

Just look up on Google an ATR ( authorization to release) letter.You then put everyone on the ATR for multiple lines.For example if there is a first and a second mortgage, sellers attorney, etc. you put them all on there with information and have the seller sign and date it.

To date I have had 5 callbacks from them.
