From the pics it looks pretty clear.What kind of soils do you have there? 

Some day the cash buyers will dry up and there'll be a backlog of inventory.  

Plus, I got tired of Uncle Sam bleeding me dry every tax year.  

If the clothes dryer is electric (like ours), the tenant might be washing/drying clothes almost everyday. 

Demand has totally dried up here and hotels and villas are listing for sale at much lower valuations. 

It will be much, much cheaper than traditional indirect geothermal because they are allowed to bury the copper lines with coolant directly in the soil!

Even if the market value of my property goes down 50%, I'll still be making money.The lack of liquidity could also work in my favor during a downturn assuming I have dry powder available. 

We dried everything we could reach, and left fans on for almost a week to continue to dry it out.

Once the stuff dries it's not volatile.

It is especially important to have someone local as they may know a lot about the soil conditions in your neighborhood.
