House vs apartments
What are everyone's preferences when choosing between houses vs apartments in the same area ( assuming returns are similar) ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Apartments (multi under one roof) are always better, return based on investment will never be the same, multi units will always produce higher returns with lower risk, maintenance, vacancy and easier management per unit.
