I personally do not worry about the decline it has seen as the city is back to thriving from opening a new medical school soon to different projects the city has going on.

Those people earn $250,000 per year plus bonus, fully paid medical, and matching contributions up to maximum allowed for their company sponsored 401K.  

They obviously are not in a medical emergency or a family crisis - because "I'll let you know" pretty much kicks those emergencies to the curb.Let AirBnb know that you will not be authorizing a refund and that the guests are still occupying the property.

There are a ton of sales jobs here in several different sectors (aerospace, bioscience, financial services, software, data storage, energy, medical, tech, outdoor recreation/tourism, agriculture, etc. and there is a ton of VC money here for startups). 

My wife and I got on this loan, and I liked it so much that I left my job in Medical Sales to join a company that specializes in them!

Or slightly better houses walking distance to hospitals (any city) and market to traveling medical staff.  

I know we always try to treat everyone the same, but some days just my mood can make me make my decisions slightly faster or slower, or might change how I word a text message.I would be very cautious about paying any utilities that have variable usage rates controlled by tenants.
