I don't think it's always necessary to see the deal before buying.

People attribute a lot of what we do to luck, being in the right place at the time, or just happenstance - this is because they fail to see the hours and hours of studying, exploring, and experience that has brought us to our successes.As Branch Rickey once said "luck is the residue of design." 

I don't see the necessity in this for just a few properties.

In fact you will  most likely come across people that will tell you to do DMM, or driving for dollars.So unless these meetings show you how to truly generate motivated seller leads... mehh.. waste of my time.But hey.. some people just like to mingle with others so ....if you really want to be successful, figure out lead generation.I have gone to such meetings randomly in a time of 4 years.I still see the these "newbie " members I saw in the meeting 4 years ago, and most of them STILL are there, "discussing" deals and stuff with still none under their belts.Is this everyone?

So in the image below you can see the three closest:  Entry is top right  closet for entry there on the topmaster bedroom straight past the closet and its closest on the right as well in roomthird that i was considering using is the guest closest which is in the room down hall on righti have a portable wagon i was going to store in the front closet but i suppose i can build some way to store it next to the laundry equipmentthe coats / boots then can be stored in front hall not the closet.
