@Kimber Lockhart What was the outcome of your multi-family search in Richmond, CA?

This is Arizona if that makes a differenceI am trying to search the site, but haven't found a real clear answer yet. 

Search 'I am having a hard time brrrrr-ing because my house is in an LLC'.  

I have done all of the boxes which helped save the electrician time and save me some money.

Hey @John Akolt, you should be able to hover over "NETWORK" and then click on "MEMBERS" to search their name.

The owner has a contract for deed with a balance of 2k due.After a title search can I have the owner sign a quit claim deed?

A quick google search didn't help. 

As a Realtor I can get my list of the MLS, put in my criteria and it will print out what I am searching for
