We will innitally leave the rents where they are, raise rents slightly when leases are up but dio not want to scare away any of the three very long term tenants, if any do decide to move the market rent is $1250-$1350 for a 3br 2ba with laundry (tenants pay all utilities)Vacancy is very low.
