Now, the deep-rooted problems aren't solved in that neighborhood where the trouble started.

As I study more about rei and what a good market is (where there is employment etc) I keep coming back to my military roots.

The only time I get push back on the claim is if the property owners have other properties and are worried about rate increases or cancellation.

The plumber just did a lot of work and said he thinks I'll need to replace the sewer line out to the street soon because of root damage.I figured that was a possibility before I bought the house, but it wasn't a deal breaker. 

I just didn't feel comfortable going that low.So, on the fly I had to try and push the deal through with a different bank.  

I will push for that but we have some time limitations ourselves as out of town investors.  

I figure that when push comes to shove, we'll have to buy the panels out no matter what, in order to remove the "fixture filing" Solar City puts on title.What do you think of this deal?
