Securing a rehab loan against future military retirement?

Is it possible to secure a rehab loan against future ( 5 years until I start to collect retirement) military retirement benefits? I own a mixed commercial property that I need to finish rehabbing. I was supposed to be on active duty orders for the next 6 months, but my paper work was stuck on someone's desk for a month, so now my orders are pushed back until October. It would be more profitable for me to rehab my own building instead of looking for a temporary job until October I have not had any luck convincing a bank to offer me refinancing while I'm unemployed Any advice on securing a loan against future retirement benefits would be welcome
