BTW, the foreclosure bank granted me a portfolio loan so I won't have two OO loans approved within a short period on file which will raise red flags if anyone checks.

If you find high vacancy, that is another red flag for the market and you should be cautious.

I fear we are being too optimistic and ignoring some big red flags. 

The HML will be less red tape and an easier group to deal with than the bank. 

I got on the phone with the agent and he says the property is 6 units and less so it is a residential property(BIG RED FLAG!).

Is that a red flag?
