Inherited properties in Philadelphia.
I have inherited 2 properties in Philadelphia one is a commercial property. It used to be a bar it is now just a vacant shelled out building in a great location. The other property is a house that has been converted in to 3 apartments. This property had a fire On the 1st floor the damage the whole building. How can I go about getting funding to rehab these properties?
