I am new to this, and I've absolutely no idea what I'm doing.. so I'm going to get started right away with both feet and I hear some other people try to scale as rapidly as possible. is there anything wrong with this absolutely insane plan?

Can this knowledge be gained rapidly?

I read the forum posts about the guru scan trap a few minutes ago and it did open my eyes.

This figure climbs rapidly if you start to customize your design, add high end finishes, etc.

Detroit just halted all evictions and I'm sure Grand Rapids will follow shortly. 

My advice would be to get rid of the cleaning company if it is not growing rapidly.

I will be at the door scanning membership cards for entry.

You can also have a banker/loan officer pull your report and run a "Wayfinder" or Rapid Rescore report to see what is needed to pay down to get that score up in 3-5 days. 

In places where there is a good transit hub and the city and private money spend to develop that area you will see a rapid appreciation.
