I've seen these random lots for sale, either packaged with an adjacent home, or sometimes sold on their own, in C and D neighborhoods in Milwaukee. 

Water heaters, septic stuff, and the random phone call for a cow being in the back yard.

The arched windows with the complicated panes on a little place like that -- the builder seems to have had some random architectural leanings.

With a vigorous but randomly appointed timeline,  coupled with a 2 question (weak) why, I see a motivated buyer. 

He was a very sweet engineering student who was rarely home, and after I asked him to be sensitive to her - within reason - he made extra effort, which was really going above and beyond.So, one night late, I get a frantic call from this woman who tells me she was sleeping peacefully in bed and randomly, the ceiling caved in on her! 

She just shows up on random days to do it.

YouTube randomly recommended me a BP podcast, I clicked on it figuring I'd close it out after a few minutes but I ended up watching the whole thing.

Randomly looking at a map or choosing markets because someone else said they were good places to invest is a terrible idea.

If the owner doesn't get out there and check on it, I can see that the PM company won't do anything other than randomly send unqualified maintenance men to respond to issues; many times only putting a bandaid on it.
