I would love to hear about quality of life in Indy, the market, and current neighborhoods to seek out or avoid from locals. 

Also I think you are underestimating final sales price on a good quality reno, no Home Depot Vanities etc., as once Mr.

(usually the sign this place is a dog at this price/location/quality)

Or more likely, second guy got an apartment because he is such good quality... now I have to start digging deeper into the pile of applications...What if you decided to be nice and give the guy 4 days accept and he was white and the guy waiting was black, are you protected?

We are able to consistently place good quality tenants with rents from 850-1200+ (depending on size and area) that stay for multiple years. 

My grandfather owned a 6 unit apartment building in Englewood for 50 years, For the past 10 years it has been a struggle to find quality tenants.

Great quality work and prices can't be beat.

@Jack Alves-I've used Crew and Doo cleaning service, it's a small son and pop shop but they do quality work.

You are buying a property that if done by a quality provider has a very solid rehab done, essentially a new home in most aspects.
